Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of web design, development, hosting, and related digital services by Kojo Builds (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Kojo Builds is a professional web design and digital services agency operating in the United Kingdom. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We offer our packages on an annual subscription. You pay once a year and we build, host, maintain, and support everything for you. Kojo Builds owns the website and/or system; you hold a licence to use it for as long as your subscription is active.

Website (£360/yr): Custom website design, domain registration, hosting, mobile-responsive build, advanced on-page SEO, contact form integration, business email address setup, WhatsApp and click-to-call buttons, and ongoing updates and support — all included for as long as you subscribe.

OMS (£600/yr): Custom OMS system tailored to your business — leads, customers, and pipeline tracking, calls and follow-ups in one place, built around your exact workflow, hosted and maintained by us, with ongoing changes included while you subscribe.

Website + OMS (£840/yr): Everything in the Website package plus everything in the OMS package, with a single login and unified setup. Best value — saves £120 versus buying the two separately.

Social media management (from £150/yr): We plan, write, design and schedule your social posts and publish them across your channels. Priced at £75/year for each post per month — that is 12 posts a year, or £6.25 a post. The base of £150/year covers two posts a month, and you can add as many posts per month as you like. Included for as long as you subscribe.

Your subscription covers the custom build, getting it live, hosting, ongoing updates and support, and revisions for as long as you remain subscribed.

Each package is a recurring annual subscription, billed once a year via our secure checkout, processed by PayPal Subscriptions (card payments accepted — no PayPal account required). Payment recurs automatically until you cancel. The subscription covers the custom build, hosting, ongoing updates and support, and revisions.

Work on your custom build begins once your first payment has been received and confirmed. Your subscription then renews automatically each billing period until cancelled.

All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Kojo Builds reserves the right to update pricing for new orders; the price quoted at the point of order is the price you pay while your subscription continues.

Hosting and domain are included in your subscription and provided by us for as long as it remains active.

Kojo Builds owns the finished build — the website and/or OMS, their underlying code, files, design, and hosting. You receive a licence to use it for your business for as long as your subscription is active. Ownership does not transfer to you, and the build is not handed over as source code. Kojo Builds may reuse general skills, techniques, and non-client-specific components in other work.

You retain full ownership of your own business content — your logo, images, text, and branding — which you provide to us to use in your build. If you have your own domain, it remains yours; we point it at your build while you subscribe.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future payments — there are no cancellation fees and no further charges after your current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable.

Because Kojo Builds owns and hosts the build, on cancellation or non-payment your website and/or OMS will be taken offline and access to the OMS ends. You are welcome to resubscribe to bring it back. You keep your own content (logo, images, text) and your own domain.

Kojo Builds reserves the right to decline or stop work in cases of abusive conduct, or where the website or services would be used for unlawful purposes.

Revisions until you’re happy with the product you have ordered — your website (Website or Website + OMS packages) and/or your OMS (OMS or Website + OMS packages) — are part of getting the initial build right. This covers copy edits, layout adjustments, image swaps, new sections, SEO tweaks, and OMS configuration changes during the build and handover.

Included while you subscribe. Revisions and changes are part of your plan at no extra cost for as long as your subscription is active — copy edits, layout tweaks, image swaps, new sections, SEO tweaks and OMS configuration are all covered. Keep your subscription active and your changes stay included.

Submit revision requests by replying to any Kojo Builds email or messaging info@kojobuilds.com. We aim to handle requests as quickly as we can. Larger structural changes (e.g. adding a full new page or new OMS workflow) may take longer; we will confirm expected timelines on request.

Revisions cover changes to what we built for you; they do not extend to entirely new product builds (e.g. a second website on a separate domain, a mobile app), which are quoted separately.

To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:

• ✓Provide all required content (text, images, logos, brand assets) so we can build your site
• ✓Respond to review requests and approval requests in a reasonable time
• ✓Ensure all content provided is legally owned by you or that you have the right to use it
• ✓Keep your subscription active so your site and system stay live
• ✓Not use the website or services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

Delays caused by late content submission may affect the delivery timeline. We will communicate any revised timelines promptly.

Kojo Builds collects and processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect only the data necessary to provide our services.

Client data is never sold to third parties. We use trusted third-party processors including PayPal (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and Firebase (data storage and hosting), all of which operate under appropriate data protection frameworks.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@kojobuilds.com. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Kojo Builds will use reasonable skill and care in delivering all services. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, revenue increases, or lead volumes.

Our total liability to you in connection with any services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Kojo Builds in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit claims.

Kojo Builds is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, force majeure events, or client-caused issues.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
